Can I trial the service?

We offer a free plan that has no time limit. You can use this plan to familiarise yourself with the service and see if it's right for you. Once you're happy with it, you can upgrade to the Premium plan to unlock all features.

What is considered an active customer?

An active customer is any given Xero contact that has signed up on the self-service portal. This can be a customer that was invited in by the See My Bills account holder, or a customer that has signed up using self-registration.

Is there a minimum term commitment?

See My Bills operates on a rolling monthly basis. You can manage the subscription through the admin console and can cancel at any time.

How do I set up my subscription?

When you sign up for See My Bills, you will be asked which plan you would like to subscribe to. This plan can be changed at any time through the admin console.

Can I put add-ons at a later date?

Our subscription mechanism is simple and flexible: If you need to add or remove add-ons to your plan, you can do so any time through the admin console.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time by heading to "Billing" in the admin console - from here you can cancel your subscription.
